1. What products does AZRI offer? At AZRI, we offer hijabs and modest fashion items that feature our own unique designs, exclusively created under the AZRI brand name. Our very first Thaziri Limited Collection includes premium jersey hijabs inspired by Amazigh culture, with elegant stones designs.
2. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply visit our website at www.azri.nl, select the product you wish to purchase, and follow the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and iDeal for orders within the European Union.
4. Where do you ship to? AZRI ships domestically within the Netherlands and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Domestic orders (within the Netherlands) typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary based on the destination country. You will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
6. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your shipment.
7. What is your return policy? We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. For more details, check our Return & Refund Policy.
8. How do I return an item? To initiate a return, email us at info@azri.nl with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
9. Do you offer exchanges? Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@azri.nl with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
