Return & Refund Policy
At AZRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy to understand your rights and how to proceed with returns or refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale items or products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@azri.nl with your order number and reason for the return.
- After receiving return approval, you’ll be provided with instructions on where to send your item(s).
- Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AZRI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@azri.nl with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items or items purchased during special promotions
- Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or wear
