Return & Refund Policy

At AZRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy to understand your rights and how to proceed with returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Sale items or products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info@azri.nl with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. After receiving return approval, you’ll be provided with instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AZRI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@azri.nl with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or items purchased during special promotions
  • Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or wear
